When I first met a retired racing greyhound, I didn't expect to be changed. But there's something about looking into the eyes of a dog who has known nothing but a crate and a track — and seeing how quickly they learn what it means to be loved — that makes it impossible to stay silent.
Through my pageant platform #GraceandGreyhounds, I use every stage, every crown, and every microphone to speak for the dogs who can't speak for themselves. This site is an extension of that mission.
Every dog deserves to know what it feels like to sleep on a couch, to be called by name, to be someone's whole world.
